Strategic projects

When the opportunity needs a platform of its own.

Strategic Projects are the third part of Ladik’s business-development model. They begin when an opportunity needs a dedicated structure, multiple stakeholder groups and a longer-term commercial-development pathway.

01

What strategic project development means

Ladik’s role is not always limited to taking an existing product or company into a new market. Some opportunities require a new environment in which sectors, institutions, investors and commercial parties can meet around a shared objective.

In those cases, Ladik works on the project’s positioning, commercial framework, stakeholder relationships and international development path. The work is shaped according to the opportunity and does not imply that every concept will proceed to launch.

02

When this model becomes relevant

This model becomes relevant when an opportunity cannot progress through a conventional distributor search, market-entry assignment or exhibition participation alone. It may need a dedicated platform, several stakeholder groups, a commercial logic of its own and coordinated development over a longer period.

Strategic Projects are therefore selective. The question is not whether an idea sounds attractive, but whether it can support a credible structure, relevant relationships and a realistic path toward activation.

03

How Ladik approaches strategic project development

The work is built around the opportunity rather than a generic consulting template. Ladik clarifies the market premise, shapes the positioning and commercial model, maps the stakeholder architecture and coordinates selected international-development workstreams. Each stage is tested against evidence, relationship quality and execution requirements.

04

Identify the opportunity

Clarify the underlying market need, the parties affected and why an existing route to market is not sufficient.

05

Shape the platform

Develop the concept, positioning and commercial logic required to give the opportunity a credible structure.

06

Build the relationship architecture

Identify the relevant commercial, institutional, industrial, academic or financial participants and develop the relationships needed for progress.

07

Advance international development

Coordinate positioning, commercial follow-up and selected workstreams as the project moves from concept toward activation.

If the opportunity requires more than an existing structure, let’s talk.

Describe the opportunity, the parties it may need to connect and why a dedicated platform could be relevant.
