Investment & strategic opportunities

Aligned capital. Strategic capability. Long-term development.

Ladik is open to selected, confidential conversations with qualified parties whose capital, market access or strategic capabilities may support the company’s long-term direction and the international development of NanoTech Istanbul 2027.

01

Why strategic participation is relevant now

NanoTech Istanbul 2027 represents a new development phase for Ladik. Preparing the platform at international scale and strengthening the company’s wider commercial-development capacity requires more than project design alone.

Ladik is therefore prepared to consider parties that may contribute capital, sector access, international relationships, institutional reach or execution capability in a way that is aligned with the company’s long-term direction. This is a selective process, not a public fundraising campaign.

02

01 — Growth capital

Current indicative growth-capital requirement: approximately €9–10 million. The figure describes the present high-level development need; it is not a company valuation, sale price, NanoTech sale price, minimum investment ticket or public securities offering. Any structure would be assessed separately with qualified parties and governed only by definitive documentation.

02 — Strategic partnership

03 — Strategic acquisition

Under suitable conditions, Ladik may also consider broader strategic transactions concerning the company’s future. Confidential discussions may include a potential acquisition of Ladik Global Marketing together with its interests and rights connected to the NanoTech Istanbul 2027 platform, subject to transaction structure, mutual agreement and due diligence. No public asking price is stated.

How a strategic conversation progresses

Each route is assessed separately. Expressing interest does not create an obligation for either party or provide automatic access to controlled materials.

  • 01 / INITIAL CONTACT — The interested party outlines the investment, partnership or acquisition interest.
  • 02 / MUTUAL FIT — The parties consider strategic relevance, broad objectives and the appropriate scope of discussion.
  • 03 / CONTROLLED INFORMATION — Where appropriate, selected materials may be shared after qualification, verification and confidentiality arrangements.
  • 04 / STRUCTURE ASSESSMENT — Growth capital, partnership or acquisition is evaluated on its own terms.
  • 05 / DUE DILIGENCE AND DEFINITIVE DOCUMENTS — Any transaction proceeds only through mutual agreement, appropriate review and signed definitive documentation.

Let’s begin a strategic conversation.

Share the scope of your investment, partnership or potential acquisition interest. The initial conversation is intended to assess mutual fit and the appropriate next step.
