Company
Established in Istanbul in 2018, Ladik Global Marketing brings international trade, market entry and business development, and strategic project development together within one corporate structure.
A concise view of Ladik today.
Ladik was created as a cross-border commercial company rather than around a single product category. Its development reflects one continuing operating idea: understand where opportunity exists, build the relationships required to reach it and remain close to execution.
The company’s scope has therefore expanded without losing its commercial foundation—from moving products across borders to developing market-entry pathways and, where the opportunity requires it, building a dedicated strategic platform.
Ladik Global Marketing was established in Istanbul with an international-trade focus. Its early work centred on evaluating products and opportunities for international markets, supporting import and export activity and developing commercial relationships across borders.
As global needs changed during the pandemic, Ladik also became active in healthcare-product commerce, including commercial work related to Covid-19 diagnostic kits and associated products. This remains a defined chapter in the company’s history—not a current primary business vertical—and shows its ability to respond to fast-changing cross-border demand.
Over time, the company’s role broadened beyond moving products between markets. Its work increasingly addressed how a company enters a new market, which relationships are commercially relevant and how an opportunity can be developed through direct follow-up and cross-border coordination.
Today, Ladik works across international trade, market entry and business development, and strategic project development. NanoTech Istanbul 2027 is the most extensive current expression of this evolution: not simply taking an existing offer to market, but developing a platform around a selected emerging opportunity.
Every market has different commercial dynamics, decision makers, expectations and relationship structures. Ladik begins by understanding the company, the opportunity and the market context before defining a route forward.
An introduction alone does not create business. Relevant relationships must be identified, developed and connected to a clear commercial objective, with roles and next steps understood by the parties involved.
Where the engagement requires it, Ladik remains involved beyond the first contact through commercial follow-up, relationship development and cross-border coordination. The objective is disciplined progress—not a promise of outcome.
